When and how will my package be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Being a small business, if we are extremely busy with orders, it may take an extra day.
Our packages ship with USPS, and the shipping fees were calculated after careful review of the USPS shipping costs.
For Ground shipping, we have set rates for parameters based on weight, as we feel this gives our customers the best shipping cost and includes discounted rates passed to us by the USPS.
Priority Mail options at checkout are calculated directly by USPS and are not rates set by Angie’s Apothecary.

What if I want a custom herbal tea blend?
Angie’s Apothecary would love to discuss creating a custom herbal tea blend for you!
Please submit your information and request on the Contact page, and we will reach out with regard to details and pricing.

What is Angie's Apothecary's return policy?
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if my package is damaged?
Angie’s Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What is Angie's Apothecary's exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at angiesapothecaryllc@gmail.com
