This tea is delicate yet strong. It combines the light flavors of red clover blossoms with the heartiness of red raspberry leaf to create a supportive tea for women. Red clover blossoms are nutrient rich, while lemon balm assists with bringing calm to the body. Raspberry leaf is commonly known as a uterine stimulant (be careful not to use in early pregnancy; discuss with your doctor for use later in pregnancy) and assisting with post-birth health. 

To make:

Steep 1-2 tsp tea in 8 oz boiling water, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Red clover blossoms, stinging nettle leaf, organic lemon balm leaf, organic seedless rosehips, red raspberry leaf

If pregnant or nursing, use caution with Red raspberry leaf. Consult your physician before use.
