Get Your Butt to Bed Tea:
If you are ready to get to sleep quickly, this is the tea for you! Get Your Butt to Bed includes herbs known to help get you to sleep, such as valerian root, lemon balm, chamomile, and passion flower. Lavender is also added for relaxing and an aromatic scent when you open the bag.
To Make:
Steep 1-2 tsp tea in 8 oz boiling water, covered, and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Alternatively, it can be made on the stove by adding the tea to water and then simmering for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink.
