Immune Support Tea:
Elderberry and echinacea are the stars of this tea, with their well-known support of the immune system. The addition of peppermint and chamomile add both aromatics and delicious flavors to round out a tea that can be used daily, or as desired, during the typical cold and flu season.
To make:
steep 1 tsp of tea in 8 oz boiling water, covered, for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy; sweetened as desired.
